Located in the heart of Philadelphia's East Oak Lane community, Bickley's New Beginning United Methodist Church has served as a beacon of hope, faith, and love since its founding in 2003 under the leadership of Pastor Jackie Anne Stewart. Born from a vision to create a welcoming place where every person feels seen, valued, and connected, our church is committed to building authentic relationships with God, one another, and the community we are called to serve.

As part of the EPA-NJ United Methodist Church (Eastern Pennsylvania and Greater New Jersey Annual Conference), we embrace the rich Wesleyan tradition while responding to the unique needs of our neighborhood with compassion, hospitality, and grace. We believe the Church is more than a building—it is a family of believers united in the mission of sharing the love of Jesus Christ through worship, discipleship, outreach, and acts of service.
